The first time was a "flip" of my father-in-law's 1970's home before it went on the market (I'm a realtor and he trusted me to make some simple - but impactful - updates that brought him A LOT of extra $ in his closing proceeds). But this time was for my huge (and "1989 special") master bathroom with some tweaks to the master bedroom as well. Jeanna and her team understood the assignment, knew I had a very traditional taste, but wanted to make the bathroom more "transitional", but also a little glam and very functional.
